Hate to be a party pooper food hippie, but a lot of the vacuum packed organic ground beef is random stuff from multiple different countries. I try to stick with stuff that’s from nearby farms (even if it’s grass fed but not officially organic) or if it’s pre-packed like that I at least check to see if it hasn’t traveled halfway around the world.
